Custom Medical Instrument Case: Streamlined Protection and Inventory Control for Event Readiness

Background

A medical company reached out to us a few times for custom cases. This one in particular was for some medical instruments, general instruments and a tube retractor system and light source.

Challenge

They use these instruments for certain events and this one had a 4 week deadline. The customer was using a cheap plastic box with bubble wrap, cardboard boxes and minimal foam.

Solution

They shipped us the parts, we took dimensions and created a design that held the instruments, light source box and accompanying cords. All items had their own individualized cavity for better inventory control and added protection.

Outcome

We were able to build the case and foam solution in time to return their parts, in better packaging, all in time for his event.
