A leading global aviation services provider approached us with a challenge to create a tailored solution for storing and transporting a specialized tool kit. The client required a precise and durable solution to ensure the protection and organization of these critical components during transit and storage.
The client sought a custom foam insert and case solution that would accommodate their tool kit, which includes various components of different shapes and sizes. Solution
- On-Site Measurements: We began the project by visiting the client’s location to measure the individual components of the specialized tool kit. - CAD Design and Visualization: Back at our office, we utilized CAD software to create a detailed design of the foam insert and case layout. - Client Review and Feedback: Once the initial design was completed, we plotted the image and presented it to the client for review. - Custom Foam and Case Production: After final approval, we proceeded with the production of the custom foam insert and case.
