Can I get a refund?

Some refunds are available upon review, but unfortunately, not all products are eligible. Due to the nature of our products being primarily custom-made, we can’t refund or return them. This is why we spend time discussing your requirements, reviewing drawings, and getting your approval before we enter the production phase.

We do sell off-the-shelf products as well, and some are eligible for return, depending on its condition and the time of purchase. Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee.
