  • Can you supply pictures, drawings, or the item itself?
  • How many cases/foam inserts are you looking for?
  • How will the case/foam be used (environment, transit method, storage method, etc.)?
  • Are there any special requirements for hardware type, case features, foam type, colors, etc.?
  • Does the case need branding, labeling, marking, or special packaging requirements?
  • Do you have any testing or inspection requirements?

After receipt of your inquiry, we’ll evaluate the project details to determine the best materials for you. While doing so, we’ll estimate the cost to ensure its within your budget before moving forward and send you a quote.

If you’re happy with us and the quote, we can discuss the options for submitting an order.

Once the order is received, we’ll send you an order confirmation, an estimated ship date, and a drawing for approval, if applicable.

Then, all you need to do is wait for your product to arrive.
