After receipt of your inquiry, we’ll evaluate the project details to determine the best materials for you. While doing so, we’ll estimate the cost to ensure its within your budget before moving forward and send you a quote.

Once the order is received, we’ll send you an order confirmation, an estimated ship date, and a drawing for approval, if applicable.

Then, all you need to do is wait for your product to arrive.

Yes, we will send an email confirmation with tracking info once the order has shipped.

For stock product, please allow 1-5 business days for order processing. Most orders take an additional 1-7 business days for shipment.

Custom foam products can ship within two to four weeks, depending on complexity and the design time required.

Custom case and foam products are typically four to six weeks, depending on complexity and the design time required.

Extremely complex designs (large case sizes with large foam inserts, non-standard hardware or foam types, inspection or testing requirements, etc.) can see upwards of ten to twelve weeks, depending on material availability and design complexity.

Some refunds are available upon review, but unfortunately, not all products are eligible. Due to the nature of our products being primarily custom-made, we can’t refund or return them. This is why we spend time discussing your requirements, reviewing drawings, and getting your approval before we enter the production phase.

We do sell off-the-shelf products as well, and some are eligible for return, depending on its condition and the time of purchase. Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee.

Yes, we have multiple testing and inspection processes available either in-house or outsourced. Please note these requirements when you place an inquiry so that we can quote accordingly. Many cases are already tested to certain performance standards, such as MIL-STD-810 or other applicable standards.
